2. Data we collect

Identification: name, email address, phone number.
Card submission details: descriptions, photos, shipping address.
Correspondence: messages you send via the contact form or email.
Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited (server logs only).

3. Purposes & legal basis

Performing the restoration service you requested (contract).
Communicating about your submission (contract / legitimate interest).
Legal obligations (invoicing, accounting - 7 years retention).
Site security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Client and submission data: kept for the duration of the service and up to 5 years afterwards for warranty and recurring-client purposes. Invoicing data: 7 years (legal requirement). Contact-form messages without follow-up: deleted after 12 months.

5. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share strictly what is necessary with: shipping carriers (DHL, bpost, DPD) for return shipping; grading companies (PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC) when you instruct us to submit on your behalf; and our hosting/email providers under processor agreements.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be). Email us at Info@vaultrestoration.com to exercise any right - we respond within 30 days.
