1. Parties
These terms govern services provided by Vault Restoration (VAT BE1025602378, Belgium) ("we", "atelier") to the client ("you") submitting trading cards for restoration.
2. Service scope
We provide microscope-driven restoration, grading preparation and related advisory services for trading cards. Each submission receives a free microscope assessment before any treatment begins. No treatment is performed without your explicit approval of the treatment plan and quote.
3. Pricing & payment
Final pricing is established after assessment and confirmed in writing. Payment is due before return shipping. We accept bank transfer (SEPA). All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Shipping & insurance
You ship the card to us at your risk; we recommend tracked and insured shipping for declared value. Return shipping is fully insured by us. Title to the card always remains with you.
5. Liability
Cards in the atelier are covered by professional liability insurance. In the rare event of damage caused by us during treatment, we reimburse the documented fair market value at time of receipt. We are not liable for: pre-existing damage; outcomes of third-party grading; market value fluctuations; damage during shipping you arranged.
6. Grading outcomes
Restoration improves physical condition but grading remains subjective and at the discretion of PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC and other third parties. No specific grade or value increase is guaranteed.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel before treatment begins at no cost. Once treatment has started, work completed is invoiced pro-rata. Cards are returned within 5 business days of cancellation.
8. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered seat of Vault Restoration.
